Friends, this Up to Date is both informational and an invitation for involvement. As you know Ron Mulkey developed a series of 4 Discovery Classes. He has been offering them in a variety of ways. Currently he is doing so during the Sunday morning Empower Hour at 10:00 am.
The Discovery series is designed to be the basic pathway into active participation in the life and ministry at Greenleaf Friends. These classes are great review of our core beliefs and practices. We also want to use them a basic discipleship tools. Our hope is that classes 1 and 2 become tools any current GFC member can use for discipleship purposes on their own or in a small group. You are invited to consider taking the second class, which begins this Sunday for your own personal reflection on a healthy walk with Christ and to be one of the people at GFC who are equipped to participate as disciple makers. As we multiply disciple makers we will multiply disciples.

Discovery 201 – “Discovering My Spiritual Maturity”

Beginning: February 27 @ 10am
Where: Meeting in church basement below sanctuary
Class Description: This class will show you how to move from knowing and loving Christ to growing in Christ. In this class you will learn the following elements on how to develop your own spiritual maturity.
