Thank you for considering sponsoring a trunk at the Greenleaf Friends Church Trunk or Treat event on Friday, October 31st, from 4 to 6 p.m.!
Please take note of the following information to make sure everything runs smoothly:
- Vehicle set-up begins at 3:00 -3:45 p.m. on Friday, October 31st, on the GFA Football Field.
- Please have your vehicles set up no later than 3:30 p.m.
- Enter through the church’s west parking lot and a friendly volunteer from GFC will be there to direct you where to park.
- Remember, no vehicular traffic will be allowed on the GFA football field after 3:30 p.m.
- When handing out toys, prizes, or pre-packaged candy, please remember that kids of all ages will be there, and some may have food allergies.
- For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you don’t move your vehicle from the event area before 6:00 p.m. or until it’s safe to do so, as there will be lots of little ones around.
- If you run out of goodies, please close your trunk, and find a GFC volunteer for extra candy.
- Let’s keep things fun and inviting – please avoid trunks that are excessively loud or scary.
- Businesses are welcome to distribute marketing materials.
- In the event of inclement weather, we will arrange tables inside the church.
